Its current public app descriptions advertise HD quality-check images before international shipment. Treat the images as evidence of the visible item, not a promise of authenticity, condition, fit or future performance.
When should I review the warehouse information?
Review the received-item photos and displayed order details before you submit a parcel. Compare colour, selected option, labels, construction and any measurement evidence with the listing you intended to buy.
Can a product-page price be treated as the final cost?
No. The item price is only one part of the decision. Domestic delivery, parcel packing, destination, route, measured weight or dimensions, insurance and possible taxes or duties can change the final amount.
Does USFans ship to every country?
Its current app listing says it ships from China to more than 200 destinations. That is not a promise that every route, service level or restricted item is available for your address today; confirm the live quote in your account.
Will I receive parcel tracking?
USFans advertises tracking visibility in its app. Tracking events depend on the selected carrier and hand-off stages, so a label or early status does not by itself confirm final delivery.
Can I return or exchange an item after warehouse QC?
Return or exchange eligibility depends on the seller, the item, timing and the current account/order rules. Check the live return option before assuming a request will be accepted, and do so before international shipment.
Can I combine several items into one parcel?
